These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pickable application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Ababeel LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us," "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pickable. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@pickable.club if you believe your account has been compromised.
We assign you an anonymous agent number as your display identity. We reserve the right to remove or reassign handles that violate these Terms.
You own your content. Photos, text, and other content you post ("User Content") remain yours. By posting to Pickable, you grant Ababeel LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You represent that you have the right to post all content you submit — including photos — and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.
We may display your posts publicly on the app map. Posts are visible to all users of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Pickable displays community-reported locations. We apply an ~80-meter privacy offset to all pins. We do not independently verify the accuracy of post locations or availability status. Always use your own judgment when visiting a location reported by another user.
Some posts on Pickable may relate to foraging, wildlife, or outdoor activities. Any AI-generated descriptions provided by the app are informational only and not a substitute for professional advice. Always:
Ababeel LLC is not responsible for any harm arising from foraging, trespassing, or outdoor activities connected to content posted on the app.
If you believe content on Pickable infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to hello@pickable.club including: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service; your contact information; and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized. We will respond promptly to valid DMCA requests.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEW JERSEY LAW, ABABEEL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ababeel LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including content license, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
